Amy is a Registered Dietitian who has been involved in nutrition and wellness for over a decade and currently maintains a private practice in Addison County.  In settings that have included hospitals, fitness centers, schools, colleges, pediatrician offices, and in her clients’ homes, Amy has served clients of all ages and nutritional concerns. Kate joined the team in May of 2019 after being a member for several years.  She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and holds a Degree in Business from Castleton State University.  Kate has a real passion for health and fitness, a super friendly personality and enjoys interacting with members.

After a thorough assessment, Kristen offers a personalized and holistic program to help her clients achieve their fitness goals. Kristen also teaches spinning, strength training and weight management classes. She enjoys skiing, biking, yoga, gardening and cooking.

A life long fitness enthusiast, Kimberly enjoys helping individuals build a solid core, better posture, strength,as well as flexibility and balance. It's all about improving ones fitness level and thus improving ones overly quality of life.  Kimberly believes strongly in a thoughtful approach and the importance of good form. Outside of the gym, Kimberly enjoys cooking( recently Middle Eastern and Mexican), reading, college football and spending time with her family.

Working in physical rehabilitation settings for eight years, Kristi offers fitness experience that is focused on safe and effective movement patterns, functional fitness, and corrective exercise.  She believes that people in all stages of life can benefit from a strength-training regimen. Through dietary guidance, cardiovascular training, and goal-specific strengthening, she hopes that her clients will have the tools that they need to make healthy changes that will help them live active lives.  Kristi loves weightlifting, dancing, snowboarding, hiking, and has also been teaching group exercise classes for 12 years.  You may find her at the gym with her husband and her baby boy!
