Jump Start Your Workouts!
Partner training is available for those who wish to workout with a buddy. Training with a workout partner is fun! It is also effective in establishing a routine, decreasing boredom and increasing participation and therefore success. Contact a member services representative or personal trainer to schedule an appointment.
Individual Personal Training sessions are offered at a discounted package rate, or at a per session rate. As a member, your first hour of personal training is available for the nominal fee of $25. Subsequent appointments are scheduled at your convenience and as frequently as desired, based on your needs and the trainer's recommendation.
