Midd Fit is your home for off-season or pre-season training! Get a jump start on your season by taking Spin classes to increase endurance, Body Pump to improve strength and power or a Yoga or Barre class to increase flexibility! We are happy to organize a class (or session of classes) exclusively for your team with one of our rock star instructors OR we can customize a team program to increase speed, agility and quickness in one of our spacious group fitness studios. We have trainers and strength coaches who specialize in sport specific training and are proud to work year after year with many of our local football teams, ice hockey teams, field hockey teams, soccer teams and more as they prepare for their upcoming seasons. From middle school to college, we've got you covered! Rates, training times and programs will always be fully customized to your team depending on the number of athletes and team goals.
