Outside of the gym, Kimberly enjoys cooking( recently Middle Eastern and Mexican), reading, college football and spending time with her family.
Amy is a Registered Dietitian who has been involved in nutrition and wellness for over a decade and currently maintains a private practice in Addison County. In settings that have included hospitals, fitness centers, schools, colleges, pediatrician offices, and in her clients’ homes, Amy has served clients of all ages and nutritional concerns.
