NEW - STRONG by Zumba with Kristi! The recent Strong (HIIT) demo class was a big hit and we are adding two special classes on our December schedule. The classes will happen on Sunday, December 3rd and December 17th at 8:30am. No sign up required. We are planning to add a regular class on our January schedule. If you are looking for a dance class this one is not for you as it is functional body weight training with no dance component whatsoever.

NEW - The MIDDLEBURY TURKEY TROT on 11/19 was a great success with 268 registrants and over $1,000 raised for the food shelf in addition to lots of donated food. It was awesome to see so many of our members and friends out there pushing their limits! RESULTS HERE!!
NEW - SPIN UNITED is scheduled for Sun, Jan 21st from 9-2pm. You can register now. Last years was a huge success bringing in over $11,400 in just one day. 100% of all proceeds go directly to the United Way of Addison County. In the last 4 years we proud to say that the event has raised over $30,000 for our friends and neighbors in need. We hope you will participate or consider sponsoring a rider for this amazing one day event benefiting our friends and neighbors in need.
NEW - BARRE is back at Midd Fit and we are the first in the Northeast to introduce Raisedbarre™ !! Lily is teaching on Wednesdays at 5;30pm, Abby on Fridays at 12:10pm and Tamara on Sundays at 9:30am. Raisedbarre™ stays true to the classic barre workout and offers an energetic, athletic and choreographed program that is easy to learn, and modifiable for all participants. NEW - Body Pump with Jeanette on Wednesdays at 12:10pm. Body Pump burns big calories in just 1 hour and you will get strong fast. Classes are offered 5 times per week.

Youth (13-22 yrs) memberships are just $99 for 3 months or $38 for 1 month. Monthly memberships just $30/mth after low enrollment fee.
Welcome Nicole Morris to our member services team. Nicole is a recent graduate of Colby-Sawyer College with a B.S in Exercise Science (Pre-Physical Therapy). Nicole holds coaching certificate and is also an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. Please introduce yourself when you see here behind the front desk as she is eager to meet as many of our members as possible.

Spin & Core with Kathleen on Sunday mornings from 9-10am AND Tuesdays evenings from 5:45-6:45pm. Spin for 35 minutes immediately followed by 25 minutes of Core! You can just Spin or just Core but the class is most effective when you do both!
Meet our newest and highly experienced personal trainer, Matt Cutts. Matt is a Licensed Athletic Trainer and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. He is currently an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Middlebury College and excited to bring his vast experience and knowledge back home after spending his post-high school years learning about sports, medicine, fitness, and how they all intertwine. Matt has experience working in the NFL, NCAA division 1 and 3 levels, as well as clinical outreach and high school settings. His unique background in both sports medicine and strength and conditioning will ensure each of his clients workout safely and address fitness deficits on the way to achieving their exercise goals. We've added lots of brand new stuff this year including 2 new Star Trac 8-TRx treadmills and 5 new Star Trac Series 3 Spin bikes, a new Precor Total Body Elliptical with converging motion and a second Precor Lower Body with converging motion in addition to the our new Cybex recumbent bike and Cybex upright bikes.
