Gray Cook, Physical Therapist and Co-Creator of the FMS explains  that the FMS is a screening porcedure that consists of a series of 7 movement tests designed to put one into extreme positions in order to expose areas of weakness and imbalance that may lead to injury if not addressed.  By maintaining efficient and effective movement habits or correcting dysfunctional one, you will notice marked increases in strength, balance, performance and well-being.
